Pepper pot - A spicy meat stew with pepper, garlic, onions and chives. Lambi roti - A curry-spiced conch wrap. Spices - Grenada produces a third of the world’s nutmeg. Visit a spice plantation or sample foods flavoured with the indigenous spices, such as nutmeg ice cream or jelly. Rum - Sugar cane is widely grown on the island and distilled into a variety of rums that can be enjoyed straight or mixed with fruit juices.
