Located in a forested suburb of Nairobi, the hotel is surrounded by gardens, terraces and courtyards, offering an oasis of calm. With just ten rooms divided between the original Manor House and the newer Garden Manor, an intimate experience is assured. However, a highlight of any stay here is the unique and close-up interactions with the Rothschild Giraffe which roam the grounds and visit the hotel for treats.

The AFEW Giraffe Centre is just next door and a car and driver remains at guests’ disposal for visits to local places of interest, including the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage and Karen Blixen Museum.
