Where Breakfast at Tiffany’s meets Gossip Girl meets the Met Gala. Synonymous with all the finer things in life, the worldly-wise make headway for the refines of Museum Mile, while ritzy-glitzy wanderers revel in dipping into local delicacies like a home-grown lady who lunches. 

The American Dream materialised. Home to the brainchild of shopping itself down on Fifth Avenue, a moment in the movies at Central Park, the legendary Empire State Building and the ironically friendly streets at Hell’s Kitchen. This is the New York that gets all hearts pumping for more. 

What dreams are made of. Put the glad rags on for the Broadway shows, soak in the view at the top of the Rockefeller Center, or just simply stand mesmerised by its flashing lights. We wouldn’t be the ones to judge.

A little park acting as a big reminder that this concrete jungle is nothing without its shade of green. The glistening meeting point of the Gilded Age elite, North of Madison Square Park now revives its legacy as the go-to spot for culture, food and business. Bringing everything from trendy bars to the epic feat of shopping Fifth Avenue, it’s a true temptress to those that don’t mind a little indulgence.

A starting point to find New York’s Lady of Liberty, this trip will always be one for the bucket list. Best experienced by getting into the heart of it all in the head of Liberty’s iconic look-out crown.

Just south of the hubbub, these famous neighbourhood names might just sound familiar; with Soho and Chelsea, Greenwich and West Village all inviting a comparably cool art scene and relaxed brunching vibe. Yet, with the trendy newcomer over at the Seaport District also making it’s mark, there’s always a chance to venture further afield in search of culinary and cultural sparks of joy.

Taking in a snapshot of your very own view from the bridge, Brooklyn steps in with its beautiful green spaces at State Park and its independent neighbourhood vibe. Our favourite spot being the old warehouse at Time Out, for its bustling bars, hotbed restaurants, and all the latest arts and culture snuggled under one roof.

The latest star in NYCS’s up-and-coming vibrant neighbourhood scene, Hudson Yards brings all the excitement of the cityscape in an excitably manageable boundary. Including a multitude of shops and restaurants, a Vessel-like monument, a 100th-floor outdoor observation deck, a gallery hopping walk and an entire performance centre to name but a few.

A loveable testament to the fact that if there’s one thing New Yorkers do best, it’s finding that little spark of potential in the most unlikely of places. This old industrial railway line is the neighbourhood’s latest innovation to times gone by, now turned into an iconic nature/art-walk-come-‘park in the sky’ for exploring the Hudson River and NYC like a local.

California is one great big road trip; with pinstripe vineyards, seal-inhabited coastlines, glowing cities and a sunny disposition at every stop.

The image of fir trees reflecting perfectly into glassy lakes while snow-capped mountains wrap on all sides; Canada’s all-encompassing landscapes act as a humble reminder that the best adventures defy explanation. 

Pearlescent shorelines, metropolitan delights and Peter Pan experiences aplenty – this sunshine state is simply a rollercoaster experience.

The welcoming spirit of aloha is all-pervading on the captivating Hawaiian islands, a tropical playground of volcanic vistas, surfing beaches and island-hopping.

To speak of Las Vegas without mentioning its extravagance would be a crime, but ventures into the spiritual sphere of Native American country are equally as synonymous with this land.

A playground for presidents and poets and the birthplace of America itself, New England’s landscapes may change with the seasons, but its quaint charm is evergreen.

As far as USA cities go, there’s no denying New York and LA revel in the spotlight; but get to know the personalities of their hidden gem siblings and you might just discover that the apple never falls too far from this family tree. 

Like one big simmering hot pot, the American South nourishes the soul; with its scrumptiously hearty recipes, smooth as velvet jazz scene, and magnetically bubbly spirit that brings everyone together.
